Jack has a deep understanding of the challenges and responsibilities required to run a successful business, having ran a successful manpower company for nearly 10 years. Outside of work, Jack is heavily involved with the community and generously donates his time to charities and initiatives. His philanthropic traits resonate through the business and serve as an inspiration to the wider team.

Darren is a qualified security professional, licensed risk manager and trainer with over 20 years of experience in the security industry. He has held senior roles with some of the industry’s most established security companies, where he focused on customer experience. His problem solving abilities and collaborative approach helped him to excel in this space and become a highly regarded executive within the industry. His accomplishments eventually won the attention of the NSW Government, who recruited him to lead the Customer Service initiatives at Sydney Trains. In that time, he was able to increase his Station’s customer satisfaction rate to 90%.
